Applied Yoga Therapy is a gentle, evidence-informed approach designed to support nervous system regulation, recovery from chronic stress, and greater emotional and physical steadiness. This work uses breathwork, grounding, and carefully adapted movement to help the body shift out of survival patterns and into a state of safety and responsiveness.
This is not fitness yoga and it is not performance-based. Sessions are individualized, trauma-aware, and paced according to your body’s capacity on that day.

Sessions are private and fully individualized. Depending on your needs, a session may include:

You are always in control of your body, your pace, and your participation. Consent and choice guide every session.
No prior yoga experience is needed.
Applied Yoga Therapy is offered in a non-spiritualized format that aligns with Christian convictions. There are no mantras, chakra teachings, or Eastern spiritual practices. The focus is on supporting the body as God designed it, using evidence-informed methods.
Prayer or Scripture may be included only if requested by the client.
Applied Yoga Therapy is offered through NWA Integrative in private sessions designed specifically for your body and needs:

Session length can be chosen based on capacity, preference, and goals.
